Prajna Ananda
Lead Trainer, E-RYT 500
Prajna Ananda is a mother, natural-born teacher, world traveler, and student of life.
She is passionate about helping students achieve their fullest potential and gain a deeper awareness of Self. Prajna is dedicated to a life of service and community, raising awareness whenever possible and sharing her gifts generously.
Completing both her 200 and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, Prajna is deeply rooted in classical yoga practices. Her daily practice of yogic principles and conscious living keeps her anchored in her roots.
Prajna's classes consist of classical yoga styles as well as spontaneous flow with a main focus on the breath, energetic exploration, and sacred mantra. She loves teaching beginners, children, and spiritual seekers in a variety of venues.
It is Prajna's conviction that every moment in life holds an opportunity to learn and that if we stop learning, we stop living. Prajna's mission is to plant the seeds of yoga wherever she goes, as she believes that "the more people who practice yoga, the more peaceful the world will be".
