Virtual Private Yoga

Private Yoga sessions provide a safe space for you to learn techniques that benefit you as an individual that are customized for your specific needs. unlike a group class that is designed for a more broad audience. The best part is, with virtual yoga, you get to learn in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you best.
During your session I will teach, demonstrate, and guide you through yoga tools and techniques that will most benefit depending on your current needs and intentions. You may take notes so that you can continue to practice the tools and techniques on your own.
Before and during the session you may request anything your heart desires and if I don't know the answer, I will do my best to find a resource and follow up via email after your session.
